Questions & Answers

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

While the official wedding ceremony start time will be at 4:00 PM Mountain Time, doors will open and guests will be allowed to enter the space starting at 3:30 PM. We recommend guests managing their own transportation arrive at least 20 minutes before the official ceremony start time, at 3:40 PM so they can get settled before the proceedings.

If you are taking our arranged shuttle from the Hampton Inn & Suites North Boulder, the shuttle will depart the hotel at 3:15 PM Mountain Time. Give yourself plenty of time to be at the shuttle, it will not wait.

What is the dress code?

Formal attire. Long dresses and pant suits! Occasions to dress up in beautiful clothes are few and far between, we’re hoping you will enjoy our wedding as an opportunity to get dress up.

Indoor and outdoor standing and seated options will be available.

What will the weather be like?

Average of 64 (high) / 47 (low). If there is precipitation, the ceremony will be moved inside. We recommend checking the weather before you leave. You’ll often hear in Colorado: If you don’t like the weather, wait 10 minutes.
